The Threshold: Thought Provoking & Practical
The impact of Artificial Intelligence cannot be ignored by Leaders. This book explores the leadership capabilities that are required to lead in the age of AI; the key premise is that our leadership thinking is not deficient, it is the extent to which this connects to our ‘being’ that is the issue. Connecting thinking with feelings, emotions and values requires a high degree of self-awareness and personal curiosity.
This book invites the reader to explore questions that provoke us to consider a more connected approach to leadership around AI. We are introduced to four pathways that help us to do this; chapters are laid out in a way that are easy to use, with plenty of practical resources for leaders to access for their own development and that of their teams. A highly recommended read.

Old models of leadership are becoming obsolete. They leave AI-Era organizations exposed and ineffective with colleagues frustrated, unmotivated, and burnt-out. As a result of this I wrote a book: The Threshold: Leading in the Age of AI. I plan to blog a little around the launch.
